Boil all the vegetables which are cut in small cubes
In a mixing bowl add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, masalas, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, Ginger garlic paste, salt and mix them all to make a non sticky dough
Roll the dough to balls.Then flatten them gently to make the shape of cutlets
Add corn flour to another small mixing bowl. Pour water just enough to make a slightly thin batter.
Dip each vegetable cutlet in the batter on both the sides.
Then Place them on the bread crumbs. Gently coat them with the crumbs all over.
Pour enough oil for shallow frying in a wide pan. When the oil turns hot, gently place the veg cutlet in the pan. And Fry them on both the sides till become golden brown and crisp.
Serve veg cutlet with green chutney or any sauce.
